Yes! As your health coach, I am your personal advocate for living an energized and passionate life. I work with my clients to help them create happy, healthy lives in a way that can be flexible, fun, and delicious. By working together, we can discover the food and lifestyle choices that best support you. Making gradual, lifelong changes enables you to reach your current and future health goals.
Throughout my education, I have been exposed to the most cutting-edge dietary theories. However, I believe in taking a holistic approach to improving health. We will talk about things beyond food, such as stress management and work to bring balance to important elements of your life such as movement and play, sleep, relationships, and career. I will personally and carefully guide you to make simple, small changes that transform your life. And using innovative coaching techniques, I can help you find the food and lifestyle that work best for you. My goal is for you to leave our sessions feeling inspired and motivated to make the changes necessary to achieve your goals.
