Program Options:
Depending on the Covid-19 status in Corvallis, I may not be meeting clients in my downtown office. We can connect via zoom, phone call, or arrange an outdoor meeting. Please contact me so we can discuss!
Jump Start!
A one month intensive program with weekly sessions (+ a complimentary initial consultation). I like to start everyone out with a jump start. This program gives us an opportunity to get to know each other, address at least one health concern, and talk about nutrition and diet.
What you get:
- Four 50-minute sessions
- Small steps to work on each week to achieve your goals
- Simple healthy recipes for you and your family
- Handouts specific to your needs and goals

3-Month Program
After a “jump start” with a month of weekly sessions, we’ll finish off the three months by meeting every other week. During this program we will dig deeper to get to the root of health issues you may be having. We may begin to examine possible food sensitivities and we’ll work together to find new foods that are delicious and make you feel good. We’ll also work on goal setting, stress management, and ways to best support you through your relationships and self care.
What you get:
- Everything that is included in the “Jump Start” program.
- Four additional coaching sessions.
- Email or text support between sessions.
- One of the coaching sessions may include a “field trip” to a grocery store, a pantry makeover, a cooking lesson, or a physical activity session (optional).
- Other support materials (reading materials, meditations, exercises, links to videos, etc.)

6-Month Program
After a “jump start” with weekly sessions for a month, we’ll meet every other month for the remainder of the program. Six months will give us time to work on every aspect of your diet and lifestyle and establish new healthy habits. As we work together to make diet and lifestyle changes you’ll figure out what is working and what doesn’t work. You’ll find new favorite recipes, better ways to deal with stress, and make other lifestyle changes that feel good and become part of your routine. During this program I may also work with your doctor to assess health issues so we can better personalize your nutrition and lifestyle practices to support health goals (e.g., reducing your blood sugar, addressing nutrient deficiencies, etc.).

- Ten additional coaching sessions.
- Email or text support between sessions.
